It is much tougher to buy a house by browsing the mls, homepath, etc. these days.

Part of the decision is what kind of reports do they have, how friendly and easy to use is the user interface, and, especially, how many and which databases does the service interface with and how well do they integrate the data from the various sources? 

I've been browsing the availability on JamesEdition because I'd like to be in one myself in the future.

Property management works similar as the US, so it's not difficult to run your properties without having to interface directly with tenants.Since we're newer investors, we're sticking with Texas for now until we get more confident in deal analysis!

I love browsing listings, visiting properties, learning about new developments, seeking out new up and coming residential areas and learning about the real estate marketplace.

I'm looking forward to interfacing with other investors, lenders, etc.
