Then, having all the information, I would tell your roommate that you really needed to have a talk with her.Be as nice as possible, do not threaten or tell her anything that might upset her, but get as much information as you can get from her while trying to get her to be fair and pay her share.If she becomes difficult get legal aid to help you with the next legal steps.This isn't a fix it kind of post ( and I apologize), but I own a mobile/RV park in a rural area and deal with dead beats all the time unfortunately.
