@Joseph Lee Thanks for linking me to the garbage/waste for the city of Minneapolis.  

Now he’s garbage. 30 days late on both projects, a month late on the roof installation, I got fined by the city for the lawn getting out of control after he sent me photos saying he fixed it but left out he only had the front of the lawn fixed, and not the back.

This is my first post in the Forums however I wanted to begin with something that I felt could benefit anyone else looking for a side hustle to help fund their journey into real-estate.When anyone searches the web for ''side hustle ideas'' there is so much garbage that is listed and it astounds me.

Ideal bird dogs are Mailmen, Delivery workers, pool cleaners, garbage men (Sorry their not a sanitary engineer unless they have a degree in engineering), and anyone else who drives through neighborhoods for a living.

Garbage in = garbage out.

. - Run your own ARVs.  80-90% of ARVs I get from wholesalers are garbage.

If I'm paying that much money for an education, don't waste my valuable time with fluff and garbage.

Garbage piled up knee deep all the way through, non functioning HVAC.

I was transferred over to apartments.com...and needless to say I have given it over a year or so...and it's garbage.
