Don't let them move in you ,will save your self a bunch of headaches, just one missed or incorrect information on the application will be good enough not to move forward I would tell them to sue me lol 9 times out of 10 they will not follow up and if anything tell them unfortunate things happened to a family member and they need to occupy the property and that's that !
