Frederick is the good kid and it's Brother Hagerstown is the problem child.

I even managed to fit in getting pregnant and birthing a child inside that same time window!

Pets owned for less than a year (newborn or new to the Owner) are more likely to be untrained and cause problems.

@Ryan Holyn lots of idea about the things you've said here but my number one takeaway is, not only are you very close to getting into real estate, but you're practically a poster child for the kind of stuff people preach about on here.

In hindsight, I'd rather accept a lower return than to manage a "problem child."
