anyone a fan of frederick? ballenger creek? urbana? tallyn ridge?

I own a few properties in Frederick. Slightly higher yields than Montgomery county. Lower appreciation than Montgonery County. Descent tenant base. Even the "bad" areas of Frederick arnt really bad. Higher tax rate in the city limits.
