I would generally say California tends to be anti bad landlord.

There are in fact anti monopoly law in place, but in order for you to be competitive, you have to have the infrastructure in place which translate into $$$$.  

But its not very scary because it is not easy to transmit.I find this anti-vaccination movement much, much scarier.  

Then he said thats sounds great, where i think it gets alittle fishy is his broker charges a $1,000 finder's fee to any investor then if i did buy a house off of him when i get it ready to sell i would have to go through his realtor's office in order to sell it legally, with all of the anti trust laws. i just don't think that sounds right.
