Wow. I think that reporter doesn't like capitalism. He makes Frank Rolfe sound like a horrible person because he makes money off of poor people. I guess poor people should be given everything free. I wonder how many poor people the reporter personally supports? Oh wait, people that think like that don't actually help poor people, they just like to force other people to help poor people.

Sounds to me like Rolfe is providing a valuable service - affordable housing and much-improved parks.
