My Stepson's real father is a realtor for a company here in the same town and he has been trying his hardest to get me to buy a property off of him for months now. At first i told him if he brings me a good enough deal i will think about it. Then he said thats sounds great, where i think it gets alittle fishy is his broker charges a $1,000 finder's fee to any investor then if i did buy a house off of him when i get it ready to sell i would have to go through his realtor's office in order to sell it legally, with all of the anti trust laws. i just don't think that sounds right. Oh yea can a realtor's also be a investor at the same time while working for a broker i thought there was a law against that or something.
