I can't see what you would need a course to teach you that you can't learn by reading 30 Day Stay; listening to the BP podcast episodes with Sarah Weaver, Zeona McIntyre, and Jesse Vasquez; and hanging out in MTR forums/Facebook groups.

It was reassuring reading some of the comments here regarding it being an investment and not a charity.

Good pro tip is to not tell the tenants you're moving into next door that you're the owner but just affiliated with the property manager.
