The roadmap I will follow starts with wholesaling, then flips, then buy and hold multi family apartment buildings/complexes, then ultimately retail and commercial.Like most of you, I've read a bunch of books but I'm a hands on learner.

If you have any tips for newbies please share them, as I am always looking for suggestions and I am an extremely fast learner.

I've now resurrected my career as an investor with a single buy-and-hold rental and will soon be getting my real estate license back.BP is quenching my thirst for knowledge as a life learner.
