Hi All,

My name is Korey Troyer.  I live in Winter Garden, FL with my beautiful bride and three wonderful kids.

My experience in Real Estate has been in Pop Up Retail for Experiential Marketing Agencies, mostly in NYC.  Here's a link that explains what I do: Pop Up Retail

My wife is a Class A commercial property manager in Orlando so I've been exposed to the operations and management as well.

My first goal is wholesaling.  I have aspirations beyond wholesaling. Generating investment capital is my foremost intention at this time.  The roadmap I will follow starts with wholesaling, then flips, then buy and hold multi family apartment buildings/complexes, then ultimately retail and commercial.

Like most of you, I've read a bunch of books but I'm a hands on learner. I even attend a free Rich Dad seminar (and yes they are still calling me with a low, low price for the next three day seminar in our area) but I learn more by doing than reading.  I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get started as long as its legal and ethical.

Thank you Josh and Brandon!  Bigger Pockets is amazing!  What a wonderful gift you've given the world.  Keep up the good Karma!

Cheers,

Korey
