Now, if we are just talking about properties on the MLS, I would be prepared to sign a PA while you are in town! 

We are looking to for someone who can handle 25-50 transactions (AR/AP) a day, and is a Quickbooks wizard.

It wouldn't be the main issue I'm thinking about when I'm debating whether to use a PA LLC or a foreign LLC.

I am a PA as well here in Sioux Falls investing in Real Estate.  

I had bought a pa duplex the 11 of may. seller had stated that the tenants were great and payed on time.

Another 2 years and I'll be graduating as a PA which will allow me to work 3-4 days a week making $120k+ a year right out of school.

steve, i think you are right..http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/apa/3657809908.htmland i just talked to the realtor to get some more feedback. she said one person mentioned the shared driveway. most people call her to "see the house". she tells them "no, you show me you are interested by giving me an application, then i will show it to you".i agree with her. we have shown it maybe 20 times without any luck. and that does not count how many times she is has shown it.she said the main road deters parents with kids. the bungalow deters elderly people.oh, and she does tell them "available for rent to own",so that's good..
