When I was a mortgage banker / direct lender, I moved a few times myself, always for a really good reason, typically involving deliverable service levels to clients (a lender is great when you start, then they grow too fast, or start outsourcing to the 3rd world, make bad choices in other areas, rates start creeping up compared to market, etc, and is no longer a model match), since that's the majority of where a LO earns their income.

@Devyn Caraballo I’m in the midst of a 203k right now and in the beginning it seemed like things were totally coming together-I had a LO who had done about 20 of them previously so good experience there, the LO and the consultant had worked together before so that was good news.
