Has anyone refinanced using Cross Country Mortgage? What was your experience using them?

It's another generic retail mortgage bank, they have local brick/mortar offices and a call center. Large enough that they will have good people and bad. If you got junk mail and called the 1-800 number, the talent in the mortgage industry generally isn't to be found at a 1-800 number.
