Ideas or thoughts on selling Equine property ?

We have a house on the market (14 days), listed as an 'Equine Property'. Question: are there any websites or magazines, etc.....that cater to a buyer looking for a place like this? I'm thinking that the buyer will come from California, like many that are moving over to Arizona these days....So any sources - specifically in California - that we should be looking at?

Lots of views and saves, so not being impatient, just want to check all the boxes we can to reach potential buyers.

Note - Our Realtor is great and has been marketing the heck out of the place, no issues there at all, just looking for extra input :-)

Things from Miss Picky Me:

The Jotul old fashioned fireplace is a huge hit with me. Have Gwen photoshop the pot belly heater to be burning logs.

I would have painted the porch ceilings sky blue but maybe only adjust the color to look more sky again in photoshop. It's the emotion here. Someone is going to criticize me saying photoshop but I'm saying do it!

Put the aerial photos (keep them but reorder them) towards the end of the images, too many drone maps in the first images it will bore the lookers.

Get a teen neighbor, a Amber look a-like in mind and image of her with the horse. AND Show me the trail...

Front porch needs red geranium in pots flanking the door, needs girly softening. The person shopping online is 65% female age 53+ thinking about retiring there. Your realtor is a great pick she is the demographic. Maybe a quilt on the bed from her house?

Tell me about the wifi and internet available. Buyers may be remote workers.

Well? Or city water?

Here is my number one most important tip: Two night sky photos. One with the outdoor fire pit lit and stars above, another with a moon over the house. Clear sky  ~ big sky ~ Milky Way you know what I'm saying, sell the dream. Throw in a sunset too.. that makes more feelings of romance.

Love the Stetsons and hats and boots that's perfect, the flooring is gorgeous- just to die for lol. (the too die for is Valley Girl speak from California who is probably your buyer. Her husband will just go along for the ride.
