Can service animals legally be restricted in cases like this, or should it be worded a certain way in the listing/to visitors to warn them?

Is it as simple as getting the site designed and engineered for the footprint, cleared and graded (all of which I am comfortable with), and then hiring a GC to build the building?

It makes it easier when you put things into sites like Air BnB and whatnot.

There are very few visitors starting mid-October and until around April. 

I see advertisement in Zillow, redfin etc. sites.
