PMS New User discounts for OwnerRez, Hostfully, Escapia, and Avantio

I have zero affiliation with any of those companies. However, on my back burner is a direct booking site and I'm leaning toward OwnerRez (once I get through Ski Season). When I asked if someone had an affiliate code (so I could give them credit), they didn't. I found the link on VRBO:

Maybe it's been there for a while? But some of those discounts (particularly those for OwnerRez and Hostfully) look pretty decent in case any one else is considering using them. Hope it's helpful to someone!
