They are incredibly uncertainty-averse, and this is part of their larger problem of being extremely risk-averse.These same people seem functionally incapable of significant analysis and synthesis through research.

If you were to put their dna in an electron microscope you’d see tiny garbage bags of trash everywhere in their proteins and enzymes of the helix ..It’s part of who they are .

I just got licensed and signed with a brokerage but I have a really good paying job (Synthesis Chemist with MS in Chemistry) that I am sick of.

There are lot of  good flip threads but I can't find a synthesis.  

@Nate Hedrick I am a  synthesis chemist with advance degree, Real estate investor, and I am about to be an agent.

Its like humans... you may need protein and someone else calcium, the doctor usually doesnt make the exact same prescription to two different people.

But the synthesis of these two thought leaders brought me to considering this question.
