Hi BP Community, I am trying to explore and enter into multifamily asset class. I have couple of prospective deals but I am missing a Good underwriting Spreadsheet to understand the numbers and projections better. Can someone please share a excel sheet which they use personally. It will be great help. I am not looking to Join a mentorship as of now for this purpose. Thanks a lot.
