Portfolio lenders in Columbus ohio
Hello everyone,
I have been flipping and building new for the last year and a half. I came across a property that I would like to fix up and hold as a rental. initially I had intentions of using private funds then do cash out refinance to pay back the money. the best refi. that i have came across is 70% of after repair value on a 15 yr. fixed, but I have to own the property for 6 months. I would love to recieve any recommendations for more attractive financing structures. Also, would love to hear from any lenders out there. If i could get into a fixed right off the bat and not need private funds, that would be great. If that is even possible.
thanks

Hi @John Horner- I know @Dan Ossman. Good guy. Can you refer your lender to him? I know you do quite a few rental refi's. Hope you can help. Good luck Dan!
