The property is solely in my name.

To clarify, my properties are not currently in LLCs or any other structures, just solely in my name.

I do have a mortgage currently in my name that I am in the process of having assumed, so currently my DTI is very high because of this.

You should be able to qualify it immediately and sign a document stating loan is not owner occupiedsome will allow it in your name and some do not- it depends. 

I hold the account in my name and grant them access – Would this create any liability for me?

Two of the properties is in my name and 3 is in my company name
