Private Lending Question for newbie

I am about to sell my SFH in Connecticut and have come to a halt on a few quick fixes/upgrades that will drive up the sale value of the home. Being new to this, are there lenders that lend to this situation?? The house will be hitting the market in the weeks to come. Any information is appreciated!

 Hi Randall,

Are you looking to finance the renovations or are you looking to finish the renovations yourself and then cash out on the new value, while you have your property up for sale?
