New to Investing
Hi BP family! My name is Ama and I have been wanting to get started with real estate investing for over 10 years now but there has always been something stopping me; not enough capital, credit, no team or connections, fear, etc. This year I made it a goal to purchase my first property and my hope is that with the help of this community, I can make that goal a reality. Where there's a will there's a way, right? If there's anyone who can offer me some advice on the best way to get started with no capital but good credit, that would be great. The thing is that I want to purchase the property through my LLC and my LLC doesn't have any credit yet. Where do begin?
