I was curious if anyone up here had heard of this group or had any experience with them.

For most single-state investors, a local LLC is the practical choice. 

When my wife and I started out we new we wanted to invest but did not know how to, we took action and unfortunately found a family friend realtor (amazing learning experience) then we found bigger pockets.

Anyone ever buy out this way? Thoughts on the pros and cons……. Any contractors go out this far?

Hey Jackie, my partner in builds them in the greater LA area and has clients he can likely connect you to to share their experiences with ADU builds on single family lots.What I will say is that, per the math investing around $200,000 in an ADU that is around 450sqft 1Bed 1.5 bath can rent close to $1800+ in the area.

I'll just say that nothing is going to teach you more in this space than practical experience.

New to investing in the area and have been seeing a lot of posts from these guys but not sure if they’re reputable or not
