Personal Experience with Rent to Retirement

Ray Tsang
Posted

I wanted to share my experience in working with Rent to Retirement and @Zach Lemaster. This was my first time buying a property solely for an investing purpose, and Melissa Justice was the person that I was connected with to help me pick out properties. I found a few that I liked and Melissa was able to help me quickly identify which ones were best for me and proceed with the purchasing process. It was all really quick, and the time to complete everything happened a lot faster than I expected (which was a good thing).

I was worried at first that I had to use all the partners that Rent to Retirement had, but it was really easy for me to shop around for different lenders with different terms and rates, insurance providers, and property management company. Though I did choose to continue with the suggested property management company of the area, I was able to find different lenders that suited my needs better.

Overall the process was very easy, much easier than I thought it would be.
