Real Estate Investment and Management Concentration

Hello everyone! My name is Jack Traffanstedt. I am currently a junior business marketing major with a concentration in professional sales at Samford University. Multi-family real estate is something I am planning on doing after I graduate college and eventually full-time. Between now and then, I am committed to learn and connect as much as possible! I ask for a piece of advice. Samford's business school also offers a concentration in real estate investment and management. I am currently on track to graduate in May 2026. If I choose to also pursue the real estate investment and management concentration, I will have to take one more semester. Will this be a good investment time and money wise? Are they just going to teach me things I could learn here or other resources? Should I just save that additional tuition money and put that towards my first investment?
