Travis I'm a handyman in Orgeron and I would say you are looking at 25k to 30k as a guide line .Depending on the quality of products you choose, don't cheap on flooring or anything that is done in the wall.Provide refrigerator and stove only un less you go with over the stove microwave. 

Light went out, door come off a track, microwave/fridge lights burned out.

Add a dishwasher or microwave hood.

I am loosing weight and it is as fast as microwave food.

Occam's razor would say the neighborhood power outage was to blame, but I guess they thought we installed TVs, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, outlets and lights everywhere to trick potential guests into thinking we had electricity. 

It has the tiniest sink virtually no cupboard space a toaster oven sized toaster/convection oven a small microwave and an electric skillet but no hotplate or stove type setup.

That might be adding a washer/dryer, dishwaher, microwave hood, or even just allowing pets.

She has a microwave, minifridge, and coffee pot.
