The few companies lately have been trying to charge after hours if we call in after 1pm, mark up parts 5 to 6 times cost, won't let us know when work is done, and just seem inflexible in their price structure which always seems to be rounded more than a 30-60 minute increment.  

All of this can be negotiated, however.Some lenders will be completely inflexible, yet others might accept some or even all amounts owed when you sell your completed property.

They can be a horrific nightmare that can sink you all because someone on the commission is drunk with power, inflexible and/or unrealistic with their expectations.

A house on a slab is pretty inflexible in that regard.

Hello All,Well, I've had two small multi-family deals fall through over the last 12 months (I'm the buyer) over inflexible/unmotivated sellers after very unflattering structural inspection results.I can't help but feel I am the only party with "skin in the game", and the seller is just - pick one - (mentally ill/a "tire kicker"/doesn't really want to sell his property/etc.).Allow me to explain. 

There were a couple times when I almost gave up on this deal because the seller was inflexible, changed her mind, wouldn't budge on price, etc.
