On this site, it seems like there's a lot of crickets when the subject of residential development and larger scale residential building comes up....which is disappointing as there's a lot of wise people here... maybe the niche is smaller than I thought or we're looking in the wrong place for answers....

@Norman Schultz hi and thanks for updating us, even though it’s been a disappointment :(As I asked earlier (2years ago) in this thread: you hear a lot of success stories about DSTs when the market is doing well…and when we’re in a downturn…it’s usually crickets.

If you're getting a LOT of prospects wanting to schedule tours, then you can use the application requirement as a filter.If you can hear the crickets, then you schedule tours without requiring an application.
