Do NOT take action until you have a solid plan.Do not go driving for dollars just because most people tell you to do so, and because you need to take action.If you really want to take action you do this.1) Do research on all the lead generation strategies you can think of and put them in an excel spreadsheet.2) Find out what the cost /deal is.3) Find out what the Cognitive cost/deal is4) Pick the right method based on point 2, and 3, that works for you.5) Save up money till you have they (monetary) Cost/deal x a factor of safety around 1.5 6) THEN spend money/effort getting deals.No matter what the heck you do, if you do not start with these 6 steps you ARE WINGING IT!!!

HOWEVER, if the neighbor is 💯 aware of the way his behavior (that is directly related to his brain cancer) is affecting his neighbors, he's discussed said issues with the offended neighbors, and he REFUSES to get treatment/cognitive behavioral therapy etc and will not attempt to do anything to curb the dispute btwn himself and the neighbors, he can and should be evicted.

Here is where you might begin in understanding the nature of posters on BP (or any site).Cognitive bias is applied in economic psychology to study reactions, selections or choices, fears, our naïve nature, how we justify things and more.I studied these aspects a bit in school, but there was a short sales book that identified personalities and the best way to handle them, I couldn't find the book and I've forgotten most of it, I just use a big hammer on most personalities, works for me.I did find this for anyone interested.
