Cleveland Heights and Lakewood are the two suburbs that I see the most 3-4 unit multi families available.There is the potential to find a newer construction duplex in Parma or a few of the outer ring suburbs.

I personally wouldn't spend any time mining inquiries, with the right property, priced correctly and advertised correctly you should be aiming to make the phone ring with qualified prospects not just trying to get the phone to ring as many times as possible.

Most managers even said they will only take rentals in Windsor Hills so that should be a very strong indicator of where to look.Other places - Emerald Island Resort, Reunion Resort/Champions Gate.
