I can only reference NH markets, which I presume are a little higher in cost of living,  but the last three bathroom remodels I completed were in 2 to 4k range just for electrical.  

I might see if my contractor might be able to assist with something like that first, however (lower cost I'd presume).

A credit for repairs would be Fannie Mae spending up to $7000 to repair the property and presumably accommodate financing on it. 3) This is more than 6% credit.

So in the future, if you may be selling, hold off on challenging the assessed value as the money you save in real estate taxes may not be worth the drop in presumed value when a buyer sees the lower assessment.  

All great options for someone young and single (presuming you're not married). 

And I usually presume (far from uniform) that the SFR neighborhoods (all things being equal) are better.  

You presumably don't live there so it doesn't affect your safety.  

The short answer for me is that I presume a start from an office type job earning median income or greater for the journey toward early financial freedom.

This is definitely time that I have to devote to the business.However, unlike J, I do not yet have dozens of businesses (yet) and I do not earn (I presume) well over $250 per hour on my time leveraging my businesses and other assets.
