I can only reference NH markets, which I presume are a little higher in cost of living,  but the last three bathroom remodels I completed were in 2 to 4k range just for electrical.

A credit for repairs would be Fannie Mae spending up to $7000 to repair the property and presumably accommodate financing on it. 3) This is more than 6% credit.

So in the future, if you may be selling, hold off on challenging the assessed value as the money you save in real estate taxes may not be worth the drop in presumed value when a buyer sees the lower assessment.

This is definitely time that I have to devote to the business.However, unlike J, I do not yet have dozens of businesses (yet) and I do not earn (I presume) well over $250 per hour on my time leveraging my businesses and other assets.
