I am starting to sound like a broken record or CD that skips:) Read "The Millionaire Investor" by Gary Kellar.

The two by @J Scott are both excellent it they are in the direction you want to go.Over the years many have recommended the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller

I've noticed the book "Hold" from Gary Keller's organization, so I would expect it to be a decent read as well (and it's been written pretty recently).
