Fix and Hold Books

Hey All,

I am closing on my first turn-key property right now. I've realized that the potential profit in forced equity is much greater and want to get into fix and holding. Do you guys have some good suggestions for a book that is specifically about all things fix and holding? Specifically, 1-4 unit properties.

I'm currently reading "Hold - How to find, buy and rent houses for wealth" by Steve Chader et al. Very easy to understand.
