Hi ,

I would like to introduce myself to the bigger pockets community.  I would like to thank everyone in advance on the advice and information I plan to receive in the near future.

About me: I am 26 years old.  I am currently working in the automotive industry as a sales manager for Subaru.  I got interested in the idea of building a business through real estate from "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," and of course the bigger pockets podcasts.  My current plan is to continue to educate myself on the subject, and purchase my first multi-family property this year.

I know a simple google search will do , but I would like to hear from the bigger pockets community on which real estate investing books to read next and why?

Garret
