However the rate i am using is based on having a multipolicy discount.

I am using him for a 1031 currently and he is extremely knowledgeable on the subject.From everything I have gathered, the new property must have a value equal to or in excess of the relinquishing property.

I am using @Joseph Hamaoui who is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor that has recently set up his own property management.

I am using the title and escrow company she likes. 

I have since taken out a HELOC which I used/am using to buy/renovate a single family home on Oahu.

I figure I will send a postcard and see if I get they will give me a call.So I have a couple of questions...as I am using this experience primarily as a learning opportunity...Is it typical that a home sits for what appears to be at least a year after going through the probate process?

I have listed my investment property for lease and I am using an experienced Realtor, which I used in the past to buy my first home.
