New Member from PA

I am just recently becoming very interested in real estate investing, and have been researching vigorously on the various strategies and ideas to hopefully build my own personal strategy that will work best for me.  I have always been interested in passive income and investing in general, but have never been taught about it by anyone other than myself.  I started investing by buying stocks, which I didn't understand, and eventually moved specifically to REITs with high yields that pay on a monthly basis.  I have a very small amount of money in those, but I am using it as a vehicle to learn.  I am currently trying to find out as much information I can about real estate investing in my area (central PA) and trying to find out the steps the build a good team, find ways to creative finance (I have limited capital starting out), and finding a good property manager.
