I got some info about a woman who's condo she owns is getting foreclosed by the HOA for having $3500 in back dues.  

I personally have made far more on appreciation in RE tha I ever did on cash flow and I have at one time owned 350 mid west cash flow rentals.

The woman sounded annoyed and said that we cant see one until the seller approves it.

Then I met a woman who was worth 30 million+ due to property investment, and she said "Dean, if you get a bit of money, then get another mortgage on another house and rent it out, build a portfolio of property"Ok, sounds great.The way I see it, I have 4 distinct paths that I could take (correct me if I am wrong).

The woman who is currently running them doesn't have the time anymore due to the fact she is going back to school and is looking for a replacement.

Do NOT deal with 1 (wo)man operations.

I met a woman who was sent cease and desist letters from the VT Attorney General for it.

Just a really dirty woman lived there.

Ohh Ohh, or  when you sleep next to your woman, or man...And get really close to them  in the middle of the night.Lay at some really weird kinked and bent position almost if someone broke you in 3 pieces.. nd then open your eyes as WIDE as you can and smile really huge showing teeth as you stare DIRECTLY at her face, and then nudge her a bit so she wakes up then quickly assume kinked position smile with eyes REALLY wide open.
