cost of repairs exceeds security deposit

I should sue for the additional cost of putting my rental back together after these folks left a whirlwind of filth, undone lease items, etc.? The furnace co. came to do maintenance, which renters never did, & he said he was freaked out about all the spiders, webs, and crap in the crawl space. Lease required tenant to have the furnace maintained quarterly. Furnace guy said dont let anyone see the spiders. There is a big list of other items including cleaning the curtains they balled up & stuck in a dusty corner, repairing a panel wall where he glued about 50 metal hat hooks for his ballcaps, ripped window shades, really dirty carpet (2 dogs, 2 toddlers). This doesnt include cost of carpenter, paint, & painter which I am paying. Not to mention dirty windows. The kitchen was the only room that didnt look like it was a slob's mancave. Just a really dirty woman lived there. Hoarded items in every corner and spare square foot of space. So glad they are gone, and next tenants are gonna get inspected and reminded about lease terms.
