Who is versed in Contract for Deed in Texas?
Ok.. I got some info about a woman who's condo she owns is getting foreclosed by the HOA for having $3500 in back dues. She is current on her mortgage but the HOA is already starting the process FC. Is there a way to come in and negotiate to take over her mortgage, pay off her back HOA dues, and have her Deed me the condo? I could be asking the wrong question, but curious if this is possible?
Thanks in advance for the help.
