I'm using Chris chicos absentee owner postcard and yellow letters and results are good..I'm not saying there are not motivated sellers, I was just wondering if anyone follows up with the crappy leads because I would hate to be leaving money on the table or wasting money on mailing..it would be nice to monetize every lead if possible.
