Update On First Direct Mail Campaign

Hello BP Community,

I have been updating everyone on my first yellow letter mailing, so I wanted to share with you how things are currently going. I was very conservative for my first direct mail campaign sending out only 250 pieces to an absentee owner list for my area on the south side of Chicago. I used the services of one of our own in the BP community@Michael Quarles for actually seeing this and sending me out another 250 yellow letters at no additional  charge. I thank him a lot for that because this mail-out has produced me with several potential deals, and I am confident that my first true wholesale deal(s) are very close. I will continue to keep everyone posted, but I just want to let those newer investors that may be hesitant to take those first steps and make something happen know that it may be scary at first, but inactivity will never let you experience what may or may not happen. Once you feel you've educated yourself enough on a subject, and you feel confident enough to take those first steps, don't be afraid to move forward. You will NEVER learn everything that there is to know, so the experience from being active and being around people who are doing those same things you want to do, that will help progress your business, and I feel it will make you a much more successful real estate investor.
