Hey Guys , there is a good group in the Arlington area called Dallas-REIG : 717 E Border St, very close to UTA hosted by Next Level Realty group.

(Actually it does but that is the point, .. the general public has no idea what that swoosh means).Chip and joanna have a magnolia flower.It means something to them.

If you are purchasing/selling a property without using your license, I don't see how/why a brokerage would be involved.eXp realty is a nationwide brokerage which allows agents/investors to close 2-3 personal deals per year without having to pay a commission to the brokerage.
