Dallas TX Meet and Greet

Hello real estate family. My name is Derrick Johnson and I have been in real estate for 8 months now and I have two duplexes in the Louisiana market. However, I live in Dallas, Texas, I wanted to know if there are any monthly or weekly real estate meet ups that I can attend to get started in the Dallas market and also learn. My goals this year is to get a single family cash flow project and complete at least 1 wholesale deal. Anyone have any knowledge or direction for me!! Thanks!
