Hey I'm Anthony Pesce. I am new real esate investor in San Diego. I am currently capturing lease tenant leads and would like to start aquiring properties to move them into.

Based upon the numbers given to me by the tenants, there are many properties that will cash flow nicely with healthy profits at the option strike price.
