We are building a house in San Clemente, which is about a mile from the beach, close to restaurants and the new San Clemente Outlets being built.

They plug into a standard outlet and look like a fire.You don't want tenants using a fire place due to the smoke making the home dirty and the fire hazard.

I rehabbed the hardwood floors, kitchen, bathroom, fixtures, outlets, and fresh paint on walls/windows.  

scope of work/rehab: converting to central HVAC (new), refinished hardwood floors through out, paint interior & exterior, new tile in kitchen & bathrooms, new tub stall, new faucets, new vanity, new water supply lines, new water shut off valves, new light fixtures, new outlets, new light switches, new countertops, refinished cabinets, new washer connection box & drain line, new dimensional roof (already installed), new front & rear doors, new closet doors. 

ExteriorThe walkways were cracked and should be monitored for action.Sections of the aluminum siding and trim were damaged and should be replaced.There was weathered wood trim throughout that should be replaced as necessary.We recommend installing window well covers over all window wells.The left-side gate was damaged and should be repaired or replaced.Some of the hose spigots were inoperable and this should be corrected.There was some minor cracking throughout each driveway that should be repaired as necessary.There was storage in the 1070 garage that obscured some areas from visual inspection.The Genie overhead garage door opener was not working properly and should be serviced or replaced.The garage door opener was plugged into an extension cord and a dedicated outlet should be installed.We recommend installing downspout extensions to divert drainage away from the foundation of the home.Each overhead garage door was damaged and should be monitored and repaired or replaced as necessary.The patio screen door was badly torn and damaged by the dog and should be replaced.The left side storm door was missing and should be replaced as necessary.

The pocket door room was space taken from the garage and it had nothing in it but they had added a gfi outlet.

If you need more range, you can get a couple of smart outlets that work as repeaters as well as automatic outlets.

If I say I pay cash, but can't, is my only outlet to wholesale the deal?

Unless you have an outlet for the deals, then chasing deals is a total waste of time.....hope that helps......
