Just some slight background information on me, I did one year at Kent State University studying Finance and French but after the pressure of student loans breathed down my neck I couldn't justify the cost for no definite gain.

You might look at another market and see you could have done better there but I don't think there will be any regrets about buying Denver real estate now after you have owned it 30 years.There appear to be some head winds coming so it's no time to really stick your neck out and it might be a good time to put some aside for a rainy day. 

Projects that need heaving plumbing/electrical/HVAC needs to be schedule in the proper order causing bottle necks that can shut your project down.

I would like to find a good cash flowing multifamily, and from basic internet searches I cant find anything in my neck of the woods that makes good business sense.
