I am a new agent here in the Panhandle of Florida. Will be specifically working in Pensacola, Fort Walton beach, Mary Esther, Destin markets. 

Any words of wisdom on getting REO listings and working with investors in general?

Also, any investors in the area, feel free to give me a shout if you need some help!
