I attended a 3day seminar/workshop with Real Estate intensive and all I can say is that I paid $2000 for a very special seed and taste for REI that was planted inside of me.

Don't have to wait till March for the MAREI meeting we have a wholesale workshop this weekend and a landlord symposium on the 11th - check them out.  

Lifestyles unlimited seems to be a great resource in the Houston area and I plan on visiting some of their workshops and case studies.
